Brian Friedman is President of Nest Insurance Solutions, bringing a diverse background in employee benefits, nonprofit consulting, and real estate project planning. Licensed in 20 states, Brian works closely with businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations to develop tailored insurance and benefits strategies, including health, dental, vision, life, and voluntary employee benefits. He is known for his consultative approach, clear communication, and ability to help employers navigate complex benefits decisions with confidence and care.


Based in Cleveland, Brian has also built a strong reputation in neighborhood revitalization, creative placemaking, and nonprofit development through his leadership with Plan F Solutions. Over the course of his career, he has supported dozens of organizations in securing funding, managing redevelopment projects, and strengthening community impact initiatives. Outside of his professional work, Brian remains actively involved in local nonprofit, arts, and community organizations and values building long-term relationships rooted in trust, collaboration, and service.
